Hi, I’m Kristen — I’m genuinely so happy you’re here. Searching for support can feel like a lot, especially when you’re already carrying the mental load of being the one who keeps everything moving.

For over a decade, I’ve supported women and adults as they navigate anxiety, burnout, big life transitions, perinatal experiences, and the messy in-between spaces of being human. I show up with warmth, curiosity, and a very down-to-earth approach, blending evidence-based therapy with somatic and nervous system tools you can actually use in real life.

I love sharing practical skills, helpful resources, and mind-body insights — and this blog is a place where I can offer those freely. My hope is that you find something here that brings clarity, comfort, or a new way to care for yourself.
