Hello again, and thank you for being here. Even if we never meet, I hope you find something on my website that sparks a sense of inspiration or hope. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to search for the right therapist—the one who truly gets you. Please know this: you and your story matter, and finding the right connection in therapy is important.
I bring over a decade of clinical experience across a variety of mental health settings, working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, substance abuse, prenatal and postpartum life changes, loss, and chronic pain. I have a deep passion for supporting clients through the challenges of parenting, pregnancy, career shifts, and the process of reconnecting with their core values. Life’s stressors can make it hard to tune in to our own physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, but you don’t have to figure it out alone.
If you're open to self-exploration, willing to be challenged, and ready to learn tools to manage discomfort, I’d love to support you. My approach is conversational, curious, and deeply empathic, with a healthy dose of humor.
Therapy can be hard work, but it can also be super helpful and even fun at times. My goal is to make sure you leave each session feeling seen, supported, and armed with practical tools that you can use in your daily life. If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, don’t hesitate to reach out and let’s chat about how we can work together!
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Women’s and Gender Studies from Ohio University, followed by a Master’s in Clinical Counseling with a specialization in Addiction Studies from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a 200-hour registered yoga teacher with a deep passion for guiding clients through the connection between mind, body, and spirit. As a society, we often live from the neck up, disconnected from our physical and emotional experiences. I believe in the power of embodiment—helping individuals cultivate awareness and presence in their bodies as part of the healing process.
I currently teach yoga classes and facilitate a postpartum support and embodiment group at Grateful Yoga in Evanston. I also offer private yoga therapy sessions focusing on women’s and perinatal health.
When I’m not working, you can find me tending to my houseplants, snuggling my cat, and trying out new recipes. But the most important thing in my life is being a mom to my two incredible little ones. They fill my days (and sometimes nights) with so much joy and it is not lost on me how incredibly lucky I am to be their mom.
