Move, breathe, and recharge in this 60-minute all-levels gentle yoga class designed to help you release tension and learn practical stress relief skills you can use in daily life. This community class is open to all—no prior yoga experience needed. Ages 15+.

Kristen Simons is a licensed mental health therapist and yoga teacher specializing in anxiety disorders and the perinatal population. Her therapeutic approach to yoga empowers her students to embrace imperfection, cultivate self-compassion, and tune into the innate wisdom of their bodies.
